Here is how our verification process works:

Signature Analysis: We compare each signature against our database of known exemplar samples to verify its legitimacy.

Microscopic Inspection: Every mark is scrutinized for ink flow, pen stroke dynamics, chatter, hesitation marks, or structural inconsistencies.

Collaborative Review: Authenticators cross-reference their independent notes and findings to reach a unified verdict.
Items that meet our rigorous standards are issued a unique registration number and fitted with a tamper-evident label. Any item that fails our examination is returned with a detailed letter outlining the specific inconsistencies found.
Authenticating your autographs with Authentic Registry is simple and straightforward. We offer two primary levels of service:

AR Basic Certification (COA): Our standard authentication service, ideal for everyday collectibles.

AR Complete Insurance Evaluation (CIE): Includes the full COA plus an official evaluation for insurance purposes. Recommended for high-value items worth over $300.

HOW IT WORKS
Authentic Registry makes item authentication quick and seamless:

Submit Your Photos: Complete our online form, which will guide you step-by-step on taking clear photos of your item. If we ever need additional or higher-resolution images, we will contact you directly with specific instructions.

Physical Inspection (Rare): On the off chance an in-hand inspection is required, we will send you detailed guidelines on how to pack and ship your item safely to us.

Receive Your Certification: Once your item passes authentication, we will mail you a 4x6 certificate and a tamper-evident holographic sticker. The certificate features a photo of your specific item to deter fraud; please keep it in a safe place (replacements for lost certificates are $5.00). Simply affix the holographic sticker to your item upon arrival to complete the process.
AR Basic Certification (COA)
Our most popular authentication service.
Designed for items or autographs with a fair market value of under $300, the AR Basic Certification includes an AR registration card with a unique certification number. Each certification is entered into AR’s secure database, giving customers convenient 24-hour access to verify the item online.
Items with one autograph: $25 -Pricing may vary depending on the signer.
Items with multiple autographs: Add $5 for each additional signature.
